noisy air conditioning broken mini-fridge
The breakfast was acceptable (nothing special, to be honest).
I was allocated a Classic Double Room Side Sea View. The air conditioning unit was noisy. I could not sleep well. the mini-fridge did not work, so I could not cool my drinks.

Underwhelming Stay
peeling paint depressing bathroom
The location was acceptable.
The room condition was not good. There were stains on the carpet and the furniture paint was peeling and the bathroom looked depressing. This was like a three-star bathroom, with a design from the 80s.

Superb stay!
helpful staff comfortable bed appreciated fan plentiful breakfast
The staff were wonderful and helpful. They explained everything very well. The bed was very comfortable. The fan in the room was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful. I was able to order oat milk, GF sausages, and toast.
The internet connection could be improved.

The room was well equipped and very comfortable. The bed had amazing pillows. The available fan offered great assistance, especially since the weather was so hot .

Breakfast offered a fair amount of choice and was of good standard. Staff remembered my requests and took excellent care of me. I really enjoyed having oat milk, GF sausages, and toast!

The indoor and outdoor pools were lovely and clean. Parking was easily available. The health spa seemed very relaxing!!! I enjoyed the availability of luggage storage upon arrival.
